Since 1996, Mr. M. Ch. Raghava Rao founded M/S MARUTHI BULDERS, a partnership firm, and served as its managing partner. Under his leadership, the company constructed many commercial and residential apartments.At our company, We take great care in planning each project and ensuring that it is completed efficiently and on schedule, all while maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our clients.
In 2004, VIJAYARAGHAVA CONSTRUCTIONS a well known construction company, was started . Over the next few years, the company completed several successful projects.
In 2013 we, as a partnership firm established SRI GAJALAKSHMI BUILDERS and headed the company as a managing director and won the race among the competitors and got the prestigious project of 650 independent houses for BHEL employees and stood as the best project milestone in the career.
NIHIRA CONSTRUCTIONS a well-known construction company was established later and has launched several projects which are designed as smart homes, with all the latest amenities and facilities beautifully designed and styled.
Till now we have completed 19.02 lakhs sqft land construction, And being as Telangana builders federation Advisor Mr. RAGHAVA RAO experience will definitely do wonders for the company in the up coming projects.
